Your safari adventure begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel, residence, or airport in Nairobi. Meet your professional safari driver guide and join other travelers for a short safari briefing before departure.

Drive southwest towards Masai Mara through the scenic Great Rift Valley with a stop at the viewpoint for panoramic views and photography. Continue through Narok town, the gateway to Maasai land, as you enjoy views of rural Kenya, local villages, and vast savannah plains.

Arrive at your safari camp or lodge in time for lunch and relaxation. In the afternoon, head out for your first exciting game drive in the Masai Mara ecosystem, one of Africa’s richest wildlife reserves.

Look out for lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, antelopes, and many other animals roaming freely across the endless plains. The reserve is also home to cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, jackals, and over 450 bird species.

Return to the camp in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

After an early breakfast, depart with picnic lunch boxes for a full-day game viewing experience in the Masai Mara. This reserve is globally famous for its abundant wildlife and dramatic landscapes of rolling grasslands dotted with acacia trees.

Spend the day exploring different sections of the reserve in search of the Big Five — lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino. You may also encounter cheetahs hunting, large elephant herds, hippos wallowing in rivers, crocodiles basking along riverbanks, and countless plains game such as wildebeests, gazelles, and impalas.

Visit the famous Mara River, the dramatic crossing point during the Great Wildebeest Migration season between July and October when millions of wildebeests and zebras move between Kenya and Tanzania.

Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wilderness surrounded by nature before continuing with afternoon game drives.

An optional visit to a traditional Maasai village can be arranged to learn about Maasai culture, traditions, dances, and local lifestyle.

Arrive in Nakuru in the afternoon and proceed directly for a game drive inside Lake Nakuru National Park. The park is famous for its beautiful alkaline lake that attracts thousands of flamingos and other bird species.

Lake Nakuru is also one of Kenya’s best places to see endangered white and black rhinos. Other animals commonly seen include Rothschild giraffes, lions, leopards, waterbucks, zebras, buffaloes, and baboons.

The park’s acacia woodlands, rocky escarpments, waterfalls, and lakeside scenery make it one of the most picturesque parks in Kenya.

After the game drive, head to your lodge or hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, depart for the famous Amboseli National Park located at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro. Travel via Nairobi with lunch en route before continuing south towards Amboseli.

Arrive in the evening and check into your safari camp or lodge. If weather conditions are favorable, you will enjoy spectacular views of the snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest mountain located just across the border in Tanzania.

Amboseli is widely regarded as one of the best places in Africa to photograph elephants against the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro.

After breakfast, embark on a full-day game drive in Amboseli National Park with packed lunch boxes. The park is famous for its huge free-roaming elephant herds and breathtaking landscapes.

Explore the open plains, swamps, acacia woodlands, and seasonal lakes while searching for wildlife. Commonly seen animals include elephants, lions, cheetahs, hyenas, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, gazelles, buffaloes, and numerous bird species.

The swamps fed by underground water from Mount Kilimanjaro attract animals throughout the year, making Amboseli an excellent wildlife viewing destination even during dry seasons.

Stop at scenic viewpoints for photography and enjoy a picnic lunch in the wild surrounded by nature and magnificent scenery.
